After completing the purchase of our condominium, we began a complete renovation and remodeling project.  New floor tile was installed throughout the condominium, new ceiling fans were added in every room, custom made cabinets were installed in the kitchen and a custom made pantry unit with a glass display was installed in the dining area. A new mini-split air conditioning unit was added in the living room making the condominium completely air conditioned.  New recessed lighting was added to the living room/dining area and the utility room off the kitchen was remodeled to include cantina doors, a new washer/dryer and a new tank -less hot water heater. New larger windows were installed in both bedrooms for a better view of the gardens and Sea of Cortez.  The bathrooms were upgraded with new shower fixtures, shower doors and light fixtures.  The master bedroom bath has a new Jacuzzi tub.  The terrace has new tile and a fresh coat of paint.
